About us

our motto of established daily lies at the heart of everything we do: our products are baked and sold the day they are made, and at the end of the day, any unsold product is donated to a local food pantry. We strive to ensure that everything we make is shown in the best possible light and in order to do so, bake in small batches throughout the day, allow adequate time for the product to cool (hot bread is not done cooking), then get it onto our shelves and out to you as quickly as possible.
